The Basic Ten Series was created to support sustainable change through whole body alignment. Each session focuses on a different part of the body, while building upon the results of the previous sessions. Sessions are typically spaced 1 to 3 weeks apart.
Advanced series session are typically spaced 1 week apart, but timing can be adjusted as needed to fit the needs of each client.
Maintenance work can be spaced as needed for each client’s needs and preferences.
